Dirty, no supplies, bedbugs throughout. Chairs covered in plastic garbage bags because of bugs. Resident rooms with malfunctioning sinks and toilets. No snacks or juices available for residents. Not sure how this place has managed to stay open.

this facility has THEEE worst case of rodents and BED BUGS! And sadly this place has done nothing to resolve this disgusting problem. Please beware as it is not worth working or bringing a loved one there. the nursing staff and residents deserve better!!

I put one star because they don’t care about the place so you can really do nothing buttttt this place is horrible, dirty, has roaches and bed bugs, pay low, very cliquey and not welcoming. I’ve worked agency and staff for years I swear this place is unbelievable
