I messaged this company cause I needed my kayak before my trip I was taking in two weeks, the day after the night I ordered they worked extremely fast and got my kayaked shipped that same day. They were incredibly timely and even paid part of the shipping, my kayak arrived well before my trip and I couldn't recommend them more.

The sales and service people do an excellent job of explaining everything to do with the kayak we bought and had shipped to California. I messed up the purchase online and wanted to change it from Paypal to my Visa (for cash back) and I knew that it was a hassle for the sales guy to fix my error, but he did it with a wonderful, forgiving attitude. They were responsive and provided a way to track the shipment. But, even in Dec/Jan 2022 with Covid surges, etc., they managed to get the YAK to us shiny and new in about 3 weeks. Then, we wanted the paddle parks that looked like they came with the boat (they were excluded on our model Skimmer 140T). So when I reached out online to LSS, Lydia responded with great expertise and super advice about how to buy them and where to install them (they are just $5 each). She even offered to send me an extra scrap of boat to practice the installation. She also gave a great run down of how other unfortunate people had messed up their boats - helping me see that they are fairly resilient but not unbreakable. Great advice all around. Picture is our new baby hanging in its $30 sling from Amazon. Can't wait to take her out on the San Francisco Bay. WOW! This business and its employees really take care of the customers. I am very, very impressed and highly recommend them.
