If u have a sponsor in new Jersey u could use that route. You should check the nursing board to make sure good luck

No as long as you have passed your boards you can apply for licensure anywhere. However the New jersey board of nursing is a joke. They are back logged on cases and completely understaffed. If you apply for license it will likely take 4-6 months to go through. If you have any issues with your background forget about it the board will not give you a license they will send you to a recovery and monitoring program for evaluation.

No you don't need work experience in NY before endorsing to NJ.
