Fill out an online Endorsement application. You must find an employer to give you a Promise of Employment and show proof of having trained in New York for at least 76 hours.

To recieve faster service and get more accurate information, my best suggestion is go to the board of nursing in person.

I wasn't aware that they do transfers from State to state. You should trying calling the board of nursing first to confirm if that's even possible, and if so what would be the proper steps to take to do so.

You can’t. You have to take the course again.

To be honest you have to complete 76 hours. I’m in the process of transferring my NY home health aide certificate to no to get a NJ certificate. New York is 75 so I don’t understand why they won’t except the 75 from NY,
