Is there a trick to get anybody from this office to call you back for an appointment? Do you have to bribe someone? Name a child after them?

To get a first appointment was no problem. To get the appointment for the actual procedure was a little more challenging. What I did to make the appointment for the procedure was to tell them that I have the prep and I'm ready to go and they call me back the very next day. To be honest the doctor told me that sometimes it's a challenge to set up the appointment for the procedure. He said to keep calling and eventually someone will call you back. I think that is because many times people will back out from having the procedure done. When I had the procedure it went great and no problems afterwards. Good luck keep calling and tell him you're ready.

I'm in the same situation as you, just keep calling and hopefully someone will pick up. I intend to State my complaint to them. Good luck
