Yes you need an appointment. And if you've dealt with optical retailers you know the 69$ for two pair is a joke. After numerous necessary add ons the price for 2 pairs was over 500$. I got them down to 261$ after elimination of almost all options such as tint anti glare lightweight lenses on one pair( an essential 140$ per pair option). Service and turnaround were fine but boy do they try to stick it to you on the price
