I would suggest you come in the Morning. Door opens at 6am and they have at least 6 workers that start interviewing at 6am.
On busy days they usually stop taking people around 3pm, but if its an emergency you can ask to speak to one of the ladies behind the desks in front. They will let you stick around til the end where an employee can squeeze you in or when a person didnt wait for their number. Dont listen to the person at the door they are there to turn u away if there times for the day are all filled and they are serious about you leaving just talk to a lady at the desk.
They open at about 6am, but they say that ad long as you address there's by 11am, you will be seen.
