I came in looking for a pedicure, they had availability so they took me in. The people were friendly, but the service was not good. I had some gel on from a previous service so the lady started to file my nails down with the drill. The drill was set on a high level and I kept feeling the burning on my toe nails and on some points got my skin with it. I kept involuntarily moving my toes away and I mentioned it hurt but she continued to file away at my nails. When she finished, my nails were burning, and they started to get bloodspots on the top of my now paper thin nails. While she was “removing calluses “ with the tool she also kept accidentally scrapping my thin toe nails with the tool. My nails were left so thin that they already broke and they were left very bendy. I did not want to have color added to my nails since at this point I was upset. I would not recommend this place, since it seems the employees don’t know to how gently and correctly give a pedicure. This was the most uncomfortable pedicure i have ever had. In the pictures you can see how thin the nails are and how they’re pink now from the drill.

Went in for a pedicure. Paid $15 for parking and was assured it would be refunded by the business. At check out, discount for parking was not applied. I remembered when I reached the car and returned to correct the error. I was informed that I needed to ask for reimbursement before checkout. They shrugged their shoulders and suggested I go buy something else in the marketplace and be refunded by that business. Shady customer service if you ask me. Disappointing to say the least.

First off let me start off by saying this place is VERY expensive if you want special designs on your nails. They charge for every little thing. I paid $115 (not including tip) for my set, however, my nail tech did a fabulous job! Ni took her time on my nails and made sure I was happy. I will be coming back when I want basic nails (one color). If you want special/unique nails, I recommend trying to find a more affordable place, unless you want to shovel out some good money. I have attached a picture of my set.

I love the way my nails turned out. I was staying in the area for the weekend and needed a place to get my nails done. The gentleman who did my full set spent time making sure my nails were shaped perfectly. I would recommend this place for sure.
