Beware about giving this place your credit or debit card number. They tried to charge me twice without my authorization. When I called them about it they couldnt provide a reason or an explanation. I had to call my bank and make a dispute/claim.

You don't encounter any problems at this location. They're a well respected store. Odds of encountering any problems here are like 1 out of 2500.

There are 1.6 million people in Phoenix alone. The odds of this happening to more people are high. I'm telling those people to just be weary.

I personally like the one at Main Street and Lindsay in Mesa. They we're honest and they worked with what I had. Got addicted to the driving a U-Haul
