The manager or supervisor “Natalie” will be the reason I stop using UHaul. Such poor customer service and lack of communication with her own employees. Is never afraid to get snappy with customers for no reason, all I can say is she seems like she has a bad day every day and always takes it out on the customers or her employees. She said so many unnecessary remarks for someone who says they like to follow all the rules by the book. Just sad. Talks down to everyone as if they were her kids that she hates, but if she’s a manager, she definitely needs to take a step back and learn some professionalism and kindness. She will leave you feeling shocked at how she handles situations. They should really do something about her soon. I never write reviews but I had to after returning the trailer I rented and dealing with the same bad attitude and miscommunication like the first time. Go to a different location instead. If you see the Karen looking lady, that’s the manager Natalie.

I checked out of my storage unit May 25, 2022. My 6 month experience was Awesomely awesome. First of all, I loved the early, as well as late night access to my things. Managements has some of the BEST staff members on board. Facility was VERY clean, I never saw a roach, nor any rodents on the property, which really meant a lot. The supervisor on site has a PERFECT balance going, one of professionalism, and no non-sense when dealing with the up keep of this facility. I LOVED it! In the end I give my experience 5 stars, because every thing surrounding my stay was always handled with complete professionalism, and that is hard to find these days.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had to endure. The black woman at the counter refused to give my boyfriend the truck after it were paid. She was nasty, rude and unprofessional. Refused him the truck and cancelled our reservation after we had reserved it for well over a month. I cannot believe there are such disgusting people. The navater was also worthless and no help. DO NOT go to this location. Avoid.

Typical U-haul store. Regular annoying extra fees on top of the regular shown price. Beware of any mistakes because they will not hesitate to bill you extra. I accidentally locked the keys in the truck and instead of being prepared with their own equipment, they just billed me again for a locksmith. Not the worst business I've ever been to but DEFINITELY not the best either
