You don't want to work there. The CNA'S does all the work from taking care of the patients, serving the trays to those who are eating in their rooms to picking up the trays and returning them back to the kitchen, giving baths and showers and answering the light if a patient has turned theirs on. The nurse's will sit at the desk and see the light/lights are on and will not check to see what the patient needs. The only thing the nurse's do is dispense the medication or just sit at the nursing station talking or on their phones. Its a big turn over there for CNA'S and nurse's. YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK THERE. The CNA'S gets no help from the nurse's
