Yes
Pursuant to Georgia State law and federal law, service dogs are allowed anywhere their handler is allowed. Under the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution, the only place service dogs may be totally excluded is in places of worship, unless the place of worship has an event that is open to the public, like a pancake supper. However, service dogs may be prohibited in areas where they may cause disturbances in operations (like a cat shelter), but the location must then make reasonable accommodations to the person with the service dog.
