DISGUSTED! I wish I had this young ladies name. When I say rude, disgusting, unreasonably disrespectful. I come in with a truck of 4 little boxes of parts. Lady walks to my truck and says “We ain’t receiving nothing today.” Not Hello, not how are you, not what are you carrying just flat out “We ain’t receiving nothing today.” She was so disrespectful and rude nobody should speak to anyone like this. Then when I asked if she could speak to the manager as I literally have 4 tiny boxes on my truck, she goes and inside and yells “we ain’t taking nothing else, we stopped receiving yesterday.” WHY would you all order a truck and NOT accept the product AND totally disrespect the driver who brought the product. Let’s add the security guard took my name and said “Go down there and talk to one of the people not doing anything being lazy and ask them where to go.” Like what type of monstrosity is being ran here? I asked WHEN this could be offloaded she said “I don’t know take it back.” Like WHAT TYPE OF MADNESS is this place. I have just been informed by building 2 that her name is Melissa Randolph. She needs to be FIRED. If you own this company this young ladies representation of your receiving department is outright disgusting and should NOT be what you represent as a company or a product. It isn’t even about the offload, it literally is her absolute disgusting nature of speaking to people. UPDATE: I am adding 3 stars JUST for the manager of receiving in building 2 and Ms. Sanell. TODAY is my twin boys 5th birthday and honestly I just want to get home for cake, ice cream and balloons and instead of sending me back to that woman, she legit had her side offload the boxes and they worked it out for me and apologized for that treatment. THAT is how you treat others. She could have said no, and said it respectfully and I would have been fine ... it was how I was treated that hurt. I’m a tough chick but that girl was SO NASTY that I was startled. So thank you. Thank you all for being so nice and making up for her disgusting nature.

Delivered today at 5 pm got at gate 1 but the guard said I should go thru gate 2 next time and said didn't know where I need to go which was disrespectful. so I was looking driving all the way around until I got to gate 2 in front of you. once you see the yard dogs on right it's the 2 double doors on the corner of the building. Unloading was quick today 30 min for 18 pallets. 5 🌟 for unloader.
