Order an 8pc meal and the chicken sandwich box. Got home and a plastic glove was in the bag. My son has been there a few times and the Chicken Box, the person inside had no idea what it was, or it was on the menu. Took time to get it right. This KFC is very gross and apparently, they don't train people to deal with the public or prepare food properly. I will not be eating again from here, questions raised about sanitary issues and is of concern.

DISCLAIMER: Before I leave a review, I would give a 0 star rating for this KFC location if it were possible. I ordered a chicken combo meal when the store opened at 11:00, was told I have to wait 5 minutes for (1) chicken sandwich because the chicken is still from. I actually waited 30 minutes before having to go in the store before having to inquire about my order When I entered I couldn't help but to notice all the standing water all over the dining floor and the general dirtiness of the dining room to include tables. When sharing my frustration with staff members, I was informed that night shift left it that way and when I shared I'd be contacting stote manager Tammy, I was told by the same staff not to waste my time because previous customers have complained to the store owner and that they never correct any issues because they do not care. I was asked and begged by staff, instead to contact corporate (which I intend to do) regarding all of these same types of issues each time I have visited. As a lifelong fan of KFC it pains me to know their brand/reputation is suffering as a result of neglect and lack caring about customers and employees, alike. Every time I have attempted to visit this specific location over the past (3) years, I have been unable to order ANY KIND of chicken or receive any kind of decent customer service. I will be contacting corporate in an attempt to have something done about current management AND ownership of this specific location. This location is entirely unacceptable and unsatisfactory in every single aspect imaginable. Try at your own risk and good luck!
