Yes
Yes they are accessible by sidewalk from parking area right next to pond
The parking lot with the pool and walgreens nearby is a straight shot to the covered picnic tables. Just be aware that if you have small children, that you make sure any needles or broken glass is out of their reach. Many folks around the neighborhood make those tables a place for deviance (drugs, dealing, etc.). So, please be careful where you sit or step. Cortez is a wonderful park, just a few of its visitors are not so great.
There are few tables close to parking most are opposite of Lakeview.
Yes i do believe so
Yes to both questions
Of course this has nothing to do with any of the questions you have so far but for the record I did catch the biggest fish I've ever caught in my life at that Lake at that Park it was about two and a half foot long . ... Yeah...i tell ya ive lived in lets see jackson michigan columbus and cleveland. Nashville. DesMoines and denver and outta of all those big citys i personally would say the city parks in the valley are nicer and offer more than any of those other cities. Stocked fishing holes...place for parties...nice equipment...party supplies are even available for sale at some of these parks. We have had drugs offered by one or two of the local rock stars. But otherwise....thumbs up
To some of them
