So I was only there for the COVID-19 test. But it looked nice. It was clean and there were kids there playing like a park should look. There were no picnic tables by the barbecue under the Ramada but I'm sure they have their reasons for that.

It's not a bad park and it's not a great park. It's not the cleanest park. The park not in the best part of town. So there's a lot of homeless inhabiting there.

It's a city park. Throw a ball around, shoot hoops, eat lunch, go swimming.

You need to pay for the pool entry. It's across from Carl Hayden High, so expect some kids hanging around. There are some alcoholics and druggies camping out, but they are harmless. It is a neighborhood park; do be afraid to visit and relax. It just isn't pretty anymore.
