You need to pay a small amount for printing. The computers can be accessed with either card or a guest pass for an hour.
Yes for the computer, because you have to log in with it. I haven't used their printers enough to know whether you need a card for them or not.
With the printers your logged into the computer already all you need to do is pay for your printing
