I'm sorry for your experience you had at our facility. We appreciate every customer and try to provide a fun time. I was the manager on duty last night and I do remember your group. Apparently, another member from you group posted about the same issue. The only other person playing with your group was a 10 year old child. We're a bit confused as to what the marshall would have done to help her. If I remember correctly your group of 4 were playing a solo game and it was 4 against the 10 year old. Our marshalls are thoroughly trained and we are proud of each and every one of them. If you come back on a weekend when we are busy you'll have more competition and a more enjoyable experience.
4 against a 10 year old is no excuse.if your marshals are thoroughly trained why put 4 against 1. I been to other ones and they divide them equally regardless of who comes with who. After reading this review I'm discourage about taking my kids here. Maybe I'll read better reviews and change my mind in the future.
