Our son and his freinds had a wonderful time playing and celebrating his 7th birthday. The facility was clean and the pizza was delicious. Even the teenagers participated in the laser fun.

Such a blast. Haven't don't laser tag in a long time. Got to celebrate my oldests 9th birthday. Other families that were there were friendly just like the staff was. Can't wait to go back!

I'm sorry for your experience you had at our facility. We appreciate every customer and try to provide a fun time. I was the manager on duty last night and I do remember your group. Apparently, another member from you group posted about the same issue. The only other person playing with your group was a 10 year old child. We're a bit confused as to what the marshall would have done to help her. If I remember correctly your group of 4 were playing a solo game and it was 4 against the 10 year old. Our marshalls are thoroughly trained and we are proud of each and every one of them. If you come back on a weekend when we are busy you'll have more competition and a more enjoyable experience.
