Great place have never had an issue at all. I like the fact that I can pre-register for my appointment and just basically go right in as well as prepaying the copay online. Everyone is very friendly

I really want to like this place more than I do. The doctors and staff are nice but they consistently make mistakes. I scheduled an appointment today and they told me 10am when I got here they said it’s at 11am. I’ve had them routinely cancel appointments at the last minute that I’ve had months in advance.

Very rude, unhappy, cold receptionist at check in today. Totally ignored mom and I saying hello, how are you, etc. She was hell bent on just doing her business. It wasn't busy at all so that wasn't the reason. Didn't smile, didn't engage with us, nothing. Horrible experience.

Every time I call for an apt I get referred to urgent care. Would be nice to see my Dr for once instead
