On two occasions in 2 months, I walked in and waited in line the first and only patient—and waited 5 min to be waited on while 3 ppl behind the reception desk were scrolling on their phones. They completely lacked customer service interactions. I was promised a script to be sent to my pharmacy, and it was never sent. I called Annville Express Care 2x abt 2 hours apart letting them know my pharmacy still didn’t receive the script. They promised to call the pharmacy and update me. No call either time. I called my pharmacy 2x who finally reached out to AEC. Keep in mind this is the 2nd time this exact scenario happened in 2 months. Never leave without a paper script in your hand!

Completely disappointing experience. I arrived at the location without a mask. My fault, but when I apologized and asked for one, the girl at the reception desk literally rolled her eyes at me!! Seriously?? So rude. My experience was no better back at urgent care. They wanted to treat me, however, had no imaging. Treat me for what?? I had an injury requiring an X-ray. How ridiculous!! Urgent care? I think not. The staff are rude and uncaring. Not sure what happened, it used to be a great place to go for care. Not anymore. Go elsewhere. I went to Wellspan urgent care and received excellent care!!!

Chris just took my money, KNOWING that there was NOTHING he could do for me. I'm truly DISGUSTED. When I tell you my symptoms just tell me to go to the ER because you CANNOT or ARE NOT willing to help me. He wouldn't even do an X-ray to see what was wrong with ny foot. He looked at it with a light and told me to ice it and keep taking pain medication that I'm taking for another issue. Could it be because of my brown skin I should be able to take the excruciating pain. THIS PLAC IS A JOKE AND THEY NEED TO HAVE REAL PRACTIONERS WHO WANT TO HELP PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY PEOPLE PAYING OUT OF POCKET. It's no wonder the parking lot is empty. If I could give zero stars I would.

They are awesome! Many people I know recommended and told me they hardly ever have a wait, and they didn’t! Melissa was incredibly thorough with the information she provided. They worked to get me an appointment with a specialist even though it was close to most practices closing times. Ken even followed up the next day to ensure I was able to get an appointment. They provide better service than any health care provider I’ve ever used.
