The donuts are made with a unique recipe of potato flour with a bit of wheat flour. Their sign says vegatable based donuts which is mainly true. So the donuts aren't gluten free but almost are. The rest of their pastries are made with purely wheat flour and not like the donuts. If you are just gluten intolerant rather than having full blown Celiac's, then I suggest trying a donut. They are awesome.

Don't know. I bought 2 glazed donuts and a coffee. Very good donuts. Fresh.
