I do like getting my car washed here, I am a fast pass member but staff should do a better job keeping homeless from washing their clothes in the pre wash sinks.

My favorite Clean Freak. Love the staff. Their Tire Shine machine is broken. Someone took an oversized truck through it and broke the machine. They said it will be fixed soon due to a new mechanic.

Not happy with this car wash at all. We pay for the unlimited package and yet we were limited to 2 washes per day. I've had a couple instances were I needed to go through the wash a few times in a day and was told I couldn't however, no manager was on site to explain why. I would take my car usually once a week for a wash and most of the time the vacuums were low suction, the air pressure hoses didn't work, and inside the wash the right side brushes never even touched my car. When you try to tell them they are rude or just dismiss your complaint completely. I've canceled my subscription, and I'm still waiting for confirmation.

I went in for a quick car wash after i took my 1962 VW to the mechanic…thinking i would get a quick rinse and wash. Halfway through the wash my car felt like it got stuck, it freaked me out & then kept going so i calmed down. Upon exiting the car still was covered in soap so i went to the office to see if i could spray it down. The manager looked at my car and said no one should have let me through the wash with a roof rack…but he happily helped spray my car down and hand dry it which i was grateful for. i went next door for gas and noticed the front wheel fender was no longer attached to my car. i was shocked and drove back over to tell the manager what had happened. they won’t cover any reimbursement for damages done on cars over 10 years old. I had been to this wash before & hesitated to go because of their recent bad reviews explaining similar experiences… they didn’t even offer a refund on my $9 wash and basically said “there’s nothing we can do for you except note a claim” soooo i will never go here again and anyone with a car 10 years or older should never give them their service. i will say that i am grateful for the manager’s kindness and empathy despite not being able to offer me anything…
