We got the car that we requested and it was what we needed for our road trip. On return a crack was noticed in the windshield and processing the I surance claim with our insurer went very smoothly due to the kind patience of the Enterprise representative helping us. The professional handling of our return prompts me to continue choosing Enterprise over other rental companies for our future travel.

No. Don't. Just Don't. (O_o) Reserved a car 3 days ahead so I could travel to US side of Nogales and walk across to get dental work done in the afternoon. The "Pick-up" was scheduled for 9 to 9:30 am and shuttle arrived at 10:00 instead. Then the process halted when they required a "secondary" phone number to rent the car. I don't have one nor wished to "make one up" in order to rent a vehicle. The three other rental car companies do NOT require this secondary phone number and I should have used one of them. I did try those other companies on this day but all their cars were already rented out. I missed an appointment with my dentist because of Enterprise and will never use them or recommend them. This same day I rescheduled the dental appointment as well as reserving a vehicle at Budget who does NOT require that secondary phone number. Please let my bad experience with enterprise on Wetmore Rd steer you away from this company and towards one which simply works when you need to rent a car.

My boyfriend and I used Enterprise for our trip to Las Vegas! The customer service was great and the transaction was smooth. We got a free upgrade because they were concerned about making us wait for the vehicle we were supposed to get. I would use them again to rent another vehicle.

Had to emergency get a rental this week since my sad self got my Bolt Ev bought back so suddenly due to the recall while I am in between vehicles this week. The guy was super cool and picked me up from Watson Chevrolet. Once I got in, it wasn’t a long wait, I pretty much got in immediately to get checked in and get a small vehicle to rent this week. Chase was the one who walked me out to the vehicle. Did a whole inspection of the vehicle and checked to make sure everything was up to par before I drove off with it. He was super pleasant and conversationalist while we were looking at the car. He showed me the basic features of the car to keep an eye out when operating. The guy even sent me a nice email afterwards for renting with enterprise which was something new I never knew. He gave me an option for an upgrade but I decided against it since I was only borrowing it for the week so I didn’t see the point. But overall I really would recommend this enterprise they are super nice.
