Also I made order more than a month ago paid everything and still nothing arrived. I also sent more emails to their customer support but no response. Bad site I will never buy anything again!

I recently made my first order from Piping Rock, paid £8 for the products and £5 for shipping (UK). I’ve not received my order as the Royal Mail are holding it because an additional £13 is needed for postage costs!! Im wondering how common this is.
