I recently made my first order from Piping Rock, paid £8 for the products and £5 for shipping (UK). I’ve not received my order as the Royal Mail are holding it because an additional £13 is needed for postage costs!! Im wondering how common this is.

Unfortunately Piping Rock set their own rules for the products they sell as well as the shipping and they keep everyone in the dark, so it's in everyone's best interest to steer clear of this unscrupulous company.

Lots of negative reviews. Demand a full refund

Hi Debbie unfortunately it us common and i think the company has to be reported to Google search as it us portrating itself as UK company not US.
