Yes, passes are good for a week. $15 for a car and passengers, $10 for a motorcycle and riders, $5 for a bicycle or someone on foot.

Yes. Both the East and the West parks are National Parks. If you don't have a National Park Service pass, you'll need to buy one.

The visitor center (has lots of great information and a lovely gift shop!) has no entrance fee, but it cost $15 per vehicle to drive through the park! Worth every penny!!!
