Why is it I called to order food and was placed on hold for over a half and hour. When I arrive at the restaurant the phone is next to the register off the hook?

I cannot speak to why the phone is off the hook. What I can say is the food is well worth going down and either dining in or picking up to take home. They often get very busy, and the server may have forgotten about the call with a sudden rush of customers. Either way, like everyone else has stated, I hope that that experience doesn't discourage you from enjoying their wonderful selection.

The food there is delicious and the service is not bad at all. I go there often. I never ordered to pick up because you never know the variety they have. I never wait long when arrive to pick up food. So yes Laura hope you do not let that stop you from enjoying the food.

Hi Laura, the only thing i can think of is that they just get so busy that the phone becomes a burden. I have seen it happen in other places. I don't why the phone would be off the hook for any other reason. I hope that doesn't stop you from going the food is well worth it.

I dont usually call order in, i just go to the restaurant and get the food right there in then. Most of this restaurant food are already done fresh the same day.
