My go to place for spanish food they have such a huge variety inside from alfredo to empanadas to lemon chicken seafood veggies all kinds of stuff sandwiches too it’s always clean .

The service was absolutely poor , I must not have been ordering fast enough since the lady seemed to be in a rush! The food looked dry I won’t return if that’s what to be expected

Probably not, hispanic contains a lot of meat products. Maybe there fish, or rice and beans and vegetables might be better options.
I cannot speak to why the phone is off the hook. What I can say is the food is well worth going down and either dining in or picking up to take home. They often get very busy, and the server may have forgotten about the call with a sudden rush of customers. Either way, like everyone else has stated, I hope that that experience doesn't discourage you from enjoying their wonderful selection.
I do not have that detail now, but on my next visit I will ask.
