The owner, Robert is rude and will not honor their agreements or warranties. No cheaper than other nurseries and Robert's has less selections. Never again. If you think this store has "good" reviews check the reviews at his main store at 6056 N 156th Street, it paints a whole different picture. Purchased seven of the twelve ball and burlap trees we needed in the summer during the drought, Robert's was going to order the other five they didn't have, which I almost pre-paid them for. H*lly offered to hold on to the trees until the drought broke and she would call us when it was time for planting and then get the one calls placed. H*lly said, when Robert's Nursery being the horticulturist professionals felt it was a good time plant the trees they would call. I offered to come back and buy the trees in the fall when the planting could take place right away but H*lly said whether you buy the trees or not we still have to water them and watering the roots is a minimal expense and they do not fertilize during the summer months especially in a drought. H*lly said buy the tress now and we will keep them stress free until fall. I asked if there was a "storage" fee with keeping the trees until fall H*lly stated no not when you buy this many trees. H*lly called in October and reported she is placing the one calls and we reported we would put the tree markers out after the underground utilities were located, which ended up being a good thing because one of the trees we had preliminarily planned on planting was right over our gas line. H*lly reported she would call us back to schedule a time for planting. No one had called to schedule the planting, my current project is 300 miles from home and I'm only home on Sat/Sun. The next day Robert's had their crew at my house ready to plant trees without the locates complete which is against state law and if their people would have cut my gas line there may nave been a burned down house and fatalities in Robert's crew. I'm in the gas industry and gas service lines to your house are generally not very deep. Robert's left the trees in my back yard laying on the ground, Robert's came back the next day to plant the trees I had not put the tree markers out yet because I was not going to be home until about 11am on Sat. As soon as I got home I placed the markers and went to their nursery. The counter people reported I have to pay them more money to get the trees planted and there will not be a warranty on the trees. I have thirteen cameras on my house, they recorded all the locating activity, all of Robert's activity, with the business I'm in my phone calls are automatically recorded and I have the call logs. Robert's crew professionalism is terrible. Several stakes were smashed and the guy wires fell off. Pieces of guy wires were left in my yard and got caught in my mower blades. When they attached the guy wires to the tree straps they left a single open hook on the wire, they didn't even twist the wire up. I have pictures of it all and attached a couple to prove I'm not lying. I have shared all this information with with everyone I know so they don't get scammed and I don't need Robert's permission do it. This is America and bad businesses go out of business. I will say H*lly was wonderful to work with and I'm just sorry she has to work for such a crummy employer.

The owner of Roberts Nursery yelled at me and said he didn't care about the locates being completed before his crew planted trees at my house. That tells me that is his crew hit any underground power lines, gas or water pipes, that would've been my problem.

Took a picture of unhealthy plant from our garden. They identified the plant, told us how to make it healthy, provided the restorative (not sold, provided), and gave some additional suggestions for other plants in our garden. We wish all garden shops in the area gave 5* service to people who can only afford 3* service due to retirement.

The ladies here are extremely nice. Helped us pick out flowers that would look good in our yard. And helped give recommendations on keeping them alive since hubby and I are not the best with keeping plants alive. This is definitely our to go to place for flowers or trees. 😊
