Just went to this office and read the sign that said they would come out to do a COVID test first. I needed to leave a message (I left 2) and they never responded but 2 people were sitting at the desk when my husband went in to talk to them while I waited in the rain. They told him to go back out and leave a phone message!!! I am an intensive care nurse and this is unacceptable practice

I had a teleconference with The Doctor Is In and was thoroughly satisfied with the way the call was handled. The doctor involved was very nice and answered all my questions. He prescribed an antibiotic upon my request and was professional throughout.
