i am retired Public Health advisor i received my W 2 forms without the federal tax withheld information but i do have my quarterly forms. Which is the quickest way to receive this information?

If you worked in 2018, contact the agency where you worked. If Fed tax was deducted from pension, contact nycers.

I SUGGEST YOU CALL THE YOUR UNION HR

You sure it is not a 1099R form? However if it is a w2 you may want to contact the payroll dept of the agency you previously worked for. They will see if a w4 was filled out to have federal taxes withheld.
