Are children allowed in the dispensary? Four year old kept on with my service dog and I get told " control your dog" how about " control your child that I am sure by State law shouldn't even be in the back!

I've been told it's flat out illegal.

I find it hard to believe that a trained service dog would become hyper.

its up the dispensary, the green halo does not allow children in the back but far as the other dispensaries around town,i havent hada problem.

Children are allowed if under the supervision of an adult

I have heard it is up to the discretion of each dispensary.

None the less my service dog gets scolded for being hyper in the dispensary because a small child won't leave him alone and keeps on playing with him, that's only 4 years old.
