Took my elderly mother here today to buy a wig only to find the doors locked, during their open business hours, and while the large OPEN sign was flashing. The note on the glass door entry said they only allow one person at a time in their lobby. We couldn't tell if anyone was inside the business at the time. My elderly mother requires me to push her wheelchair so I guess we can't shop here. They do request masks to be worn due to covid. We had our masks on but the door was still locked. We left feeling disappointed.

I ordered a hair topper 11 months ago, paid in full. The owner told me she would call me when it came in. I never got a call back. I've been trying to call the store for 11 months and am unable to leave a message because the machine is full.The owner is never there during her business hours. I finally got a hold of her last week and some customers came in. She promised she would call me back but I haven't heard from her. Again, no one answers her phone during business hours and I am unable to leave a message. Horrible business practices. Would not recommend. I am out 75 bucks and still have no hair piece

Absolutely wonderful experience I was able to see what different variety they had and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! Oh and I love my wig more than I could have dreamed I’ve had it about 2 months, I think I’m going to go in today and get another one! 100% would recommend

While I was there, I got good customer service. I had brought my own wig cap to try on the wigs. I bought two wigs. But when I got them home I realized they were not for me, and my husband hated them. When I tried to return them, they said they are not returnable. I said why not, they said AZ has a law forbidding it, which is false. Keep in mind, the wigs were unworn other than to try on with a cap on, and the tags were intact. I never saw anything posted anywhere stating that there are no returns. Nothing on my receipt either. Nothing like that said to me verbally upon purchase. If it is a policy of the store, it needs to be informed on purchase and posted in the store, and on the receipt. None of that was done. Customer service fail for returns.

Typically you can take it in with you or wear it into a salon or wherever you get your hair cut. Just make sure they cut it while it's on your head, and you have it positioned how you normally will wear it. If you dont want to pay full price for something like that, take several wigs at a time, if you have them, & head over to Tucson College of Beauty at Flowing Wells & Roger, 8 bucks for any haircut there and they have a 5 star rating on google from thousands of people. It's the only place I get haircuts at anymore.
