My father had visited the Acworth location which was very friendly and accommodating where he was told to visit this location to get a prescription footwear fulfilled. He drove over to this location only to be turned away because he didn't have an appointment - there were also no other customers in the store when he went in. Very disappointed especially with how bad his feet have been hurting and that he drove around town for nothing. Terrible service - would not recommend this location.

made appointment online went to store to see a note on door saying they won't be back for an hour, and call and was told I don't have am appointment,I looked at my email to double check and yes I did have an appointment. I explained but they didn't care. guess business must be good that customer service doesn't matter.
