Yes this would be appropriate for 12 yr old and 14yr old girls. Yes you can come for only lunch. It's so good and you can get breakfast for lunch too. I had a great experience with me and my kids.
Yes there is a lunch menu there, but if they don't have an interest in a great rock climbing wall then they may be a bit bored there. Pocono rocks is a great place for all ages. Try it and see. They may really like the experience.

Absolutely for those ages! Many the same age even like the bounce houses! Take a look around even if you plan for only lunch! They will prob want to stay. :-) The food is amazing! And breakfast all day is AWESOME!
