I filed a renewal application and now it shows no money it was not renewed i have letter confirming it was received how do I get help

You will have to go in and speak to a supervisor also carry all info that you have received that it was renewed

I think they'll fix it a lil shorter than 2-3 days..cud be after 12am that night..as long ad everything is in order.

This problem happens sometimes..the renewal gets approved but when we wait for the card to be updated it fails. You have to go to the EBT center in your area. They resolve the problem in just a few minutes and the money gets deposited in the next 2 to 3 days so the earlier you go to the center the better for you.
