Go to 201 Bay street with your gas and electric bill shut off notice
Get there by 10 am as this is when they start calling nos. If u r already on pa then they shd be able to help if u dont u need to apply good luck.
Bring your latest Bill and the letter of disconnection to HRA. And explain your situation, maybe they can help you with that but I am not sure because I have not had similar situation as you have(yet). A must advise, go there as they open if you don't want to spend the whole day waste on waiting on them to call your ticket number...Goid Luck!
