No. Although they are both in the 65th floor of 30 Rockefeller center, the Rainbow Room is on the east side of the floor and Bar 65 is on the west side. The Rainbow Room is primarily used as a private event space while Bar 65 is opened to the public from Sunday to Friday during the evening hours.
