Best in acoustic, amazing staff from the bar, the washroom, the ushers, and clean. I had a blast watching SB19, a Filipino P-Pop artist. I flew in from Toronto just for this.

Probably the worst venue ive ever been too so far.. most of the security here were really rude… mostly the ones I bumped into. The process getting in was quick, but I had two security guards that mocked me for something that was part of my outfit. It honestly kind of ruined my day for a bit. But the event I was here for was amazing. It’s mostly two of those security guards though, and I heard some of them making little remarks and making comments to some of the people coming inside the venue/for bag check. I’ve been to some concerts I really don’t ever bump into rude staff or whatever you call it, but they honestly just ruined the vibe for me. Kinda made me feel uneasy. But I don’t mind the security guards yelling for people to leave once the concert was over, I understand cause everyone gotta leave unless they gettin merch. It’s understandable. It’s jus the beginning tht urked me honestly :(

This place is a hotbed of germs. There was vomit under my seat, This next day I tested Positive for COVID-19. Not one usher or clean up employee in sight. I expected much better from a times square venue. I spoke to “Christa and Rachel” Apparently management and they appeared to be under the influence and completely ignored my concerns.Never. Again.

First time ever in life being in this place and I can say is truly amazing for the wrestling you have to go straight to the back and then go downstairs also what I don't like is that there's no cell phone reception that's the only bad part , but other than that everything is amazing

There are two parking garages close by on 44th street. Both are open 24hrs/day.

VIP is probably the best if you don’t want to stand in the crowd. There are seats and it’s above the floor off to the side of the stage with a good view
Box office hours are usually 12pm to 8pm on show days.
At least 30 minutes before show the security is pretty quick with covid check and ticket scan
