No ...I lived in Manhattan & Queens 2017 & bought a new vehicle...it's true what Jerry Seinfeld said on the sitcom: No one drives in New York City; Everyone drives in LA; Daily parking fees r routinely $40-50 &, the cabs taken every day add 2 $800+/mon. Also, Alternate Side Parking (ASP) rules r untimely&ruin ur day w/constantly having 2move ur vehicle(s)...I was fortunate 2have a big house w/a driveway in Queens...no such luck in the city. U can download the following apps: NYC dot, ParkWhiz & BestParking 4available parking near Rainbow Room. So, ur answer there is no Valet parking most anywhere. Or just Google "parking near Rainbow Room nyc." 4Every event Anna&I went (like Springsteen on Broadway, Phantom of the Opera, The Knicks Game, etc), I hired a vehicle&driver 4the night (even though I had just bought a new car); it was cold in December, & I had flown in2 NYC several times earlier with & without a car rental... it's easier 2not drive; it's always rush hour in the city!
