I had the appointment to renew my passport on May 5, 2017 in the city of new york and this is the date today December 26 and nothing has come to me, what can I do.

I also had my appointment on May 31, 2017 for renewal and in December I still had no answer ... Opt for the extension and pay it on December 11 and on the 17th of the same month I had already arrived at the consulate and I have stamped the extension in my passport 📍

The same thing happens to me as incompetence and nobody answers the phone. Also the schedules are inaccessible until 1pm.
