I don’t know what to say and I really want to help but idk how, saytrs are supposed to find you, not the other way around so idk how to reach out to them. Try the three fingers in a claw over your heart to keep evil away, it’s helped me a lot. I’d also try to pray even though a lot of gods/goddesses don’t rlly care, I’d say just waiting it out with a “normal” weapon just in case you need it. If you can, try to listen to music to calm yourself down and get your mind off of the noise
