I live here also, and I have been treated like straight ish! Had I known how the treatment was going to be I would have never stayed. But I should have known by how they screwed up my move in date and now they're lying about my move out date. I will be contacting corporate, but I may end up having to file lawsuits, get the news involved, social media etc. But the treatment has been absolutely horribly and now there's a bigger issue that I can't mention on here just in case we have to go to court, media, etc.
Just moved here. Big mistake so far. Had I only knew. I moved in on the 24th and my unit has had an odor since before I got here, evidenced by the leasing agent telling me she smelt something funky and tried to spray and air it out. It did not work. Numerous things are broken in the unit. Severs areas are filthy. Old things that should have been changed were not. And the parking. My first night here the complimentary underground parking (provided for 1 month) wasn't accessible because the key fob given to me wasn't working. I had to park in the fire lane along the curb, risking a boot, tow fine or numerous things. I brought this up to the leasing agent, she smiled and said that's why you have underground parking ( in reference to the parking issue). My main issue right now is this funky ass odor. I'm ashamed to even invite anyone over to help me finish moving from my old place and to help me get all set up.
Thank you. I was considering transferring my lease from Florida. Look like, I will have to find another management group.
This is a very greedy company. They will admit to dropping the ball and they are very unorganized. They have no remorse. None whatsoever. I wished I had took out the time to read the reviews before applying with them.
