Unfortunately, due to the very high, not worth it, over asking prices in Marietta-Kennesaw, and other factors my wife and I could not find anything worth buying. I also could not see myself living in a HOA subdivision, too large, or a moldy or radon tear down for $800K to 1.3 million. Many homes have hidden problems so be very careful what you buy.
