Not being able to power up any device up at the eco ATM is categorically ABSURD!! Who keeps their old devices charged? This was a complete waste of my time and energy. Create a service that does just that: provides a service. Not week thought through at all.

The machine is not reading any phones new or any other phone! The machine could not read anyone's phone that used it that day! I stayed there half a day just to see if it worked for someone! It did not! People were very angry and disappointed!!! Could there be something wrong with this particular machine?I only went to that one machine!
