Great customer service and super happy with the rug cleaning we received. Accurate quote on price and timing, called once ready, and results even better than expected! Vineet was great to work with from start to finish. Because it was a machine rug that had had furniture on it, he let us know up front we might see some differences even after the cleaning where the furniture had been, but it turned out great, almost like new!
