When Mark was on staff here (about a year ago), my massages were truly Amazing. That’s not the case any longer. I’m updating my prior 5 star review to a 1 star because no one at this establishment has been able to provide the type of massage Mark gave. What’s more important and why I’m reducing the stars I gave them is during my last visit on 9/16/22, the massage was ‘just okay’ so I left a 10% tip… BUT SHE WANTED TO ENFORCE A 20% TIP in a very indirect but rude manner. There are no signs in there stating a 20% tip is required. You barely deserved a tip at all. I tore up the loyalty card after coming to this place for 3 years on a regular basis. I’ll never be back! Don’t go here! Go to Yini Massage instead. They don’t pressure you for a tip and give great massages, they answer the phones, and are much more professional than this establishment. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Amazing Massage!
