If Aryn Waddle is anywhere near the property RUN! She’s terrible and the most unprofessional being in the property management industry. Truly Half a score for a HALF A** company!

The Five By Arium Apts 5th floor has a sever3 ROACH infestation. The property manager, Cody allowed me to move into a unit that had a known roach infestation per my neighbor. I have been corresponding with Sue Lindsey however, she has not been of any help

Arium 1000 Northside Drive, NW urgently needs to have breezeways thorougly cleaned well. Not just a simple mopping. There is grime that needs scrubbing. Areas are even smelly form garbage bags left in front of doors. Pee from dogs. Please have these breezeways cleaned. It will certainly make this rental looking much better. For the price paid by renter, I believe it includes keeping the breezeways clean...which includes the walls.Thank you for your prompt attention to this concern. I live here with my daughter. She has lived here 6 years. And when she moved in the Maintenance Team was very efficient. Sincerely.

Very disappointed with this management company. When we moved out, they took our security deposit with no explanation. When we asked for receipts, it didn't total up to our security deposit. We tried calling Carroll, and nobody returns our calls. This company is unprofessional and will steal all your money.
