Well, it's not only for dealerships or businesses. Bc my Dad & I went there for a replacement title. We drove an hour down there bc they issue it the same day. And actually, they give it to you within minutes. It was the best idea for us to do that concerning our deal. If you don't have to have the title the same day, then just turn in the paperwork to your local tag office. You'll get a replacement usually within 7-10 business days. Now, where you send your renewal for your disabled tag will depend on which county you reside in.
This office is for car dealers only. I think you need to contact your nearest driving license office or you can always check on line.
